Commemorating the vision of Dorothy Hanna O’Connor in humane and loving treatment of all animals, Memory Meadows Pet Memorial Park helps assure forever memories of a beloved pet at a final resting place. It is located next to the Dorothy Hanna O’Connor Pet Adoption Center (DOCPAC) at 135 Progress Drive in Victoria, adjacent to Victoria Regional Airport.
Memory Meadows Pet Memorial Park helps provide closure to the reality that pets, like humans, have a limited time in this life, but can live on forever through memories at a final resting place. It provides families in Victoria and surrounding communities a peaceful setting to commemorate the life of a loyal and beloved pet. Memory Meadows captivates you to be absorbed in an enchanting wildflower meadow and reflect on the shared loss between you and your companion animal.
A final resting place is offered at Memory Meadows for animals that have been cremated. The option of placing secured cremains in a columbarium niche with personalized exterior engraving is available based on individual owner preference in small or large size for a reasonable fee. Military/law enforcement service animal entombment is available at no charge to the handler.
Engraved information up to 40 characters includes pet name, date of birth, date of death and a personalized message. An urn selection is available at an additional fee. Personal urns can be used provided they meet established criteria. Ceremonial services are available upon request.
Memory Meadows is a non-profit organization with fees reflecting only the cost of services.
Honoring your pet by commemorating its life can create a sense of closure as well as celebrate the relationship between you and your pet. Call 361-575-8573 or visit www.memorymeadowspetmemorialpark.com.
