DOCPAC will have shelter dogs available for adoption at JAM Fest from Noon-4pm in Downtown Victoria on April 18, 2015.
JAM Fest is a free family festival with: vendor booths, wine/beer booths, live arts projects/crafts throughout the day, pub crawl, children’s area, live bands throughout the day and much more!
